[Rust Prevention]
●The product body is made of machined steel plate with an enameled surface. Due to the characteristics of enamel, the edges of the iron plate are prone to rust because the enamel does not adhere well to them.
Rust on the edges is an unavoidable flaw in the manufacturing process of enamel products.
Rust formation can be reduced to some extent by thoroughly washing the pot after use, wiping off any moisture, and drying it.
Enamel glaze is inorganic and does not contain any substances that are harmful to the human body. Even if rust does occur, iron rust (iron oxide) is not harmful to the human body.
It can be washed away with a soft sponge. Please note that small scratches on the underside of the rim of the pot are unavoidable due to the enamel process.
Dust (black spots) may accumulate in the high-temperature furnace during enamel firing, but this does not affect product use.
[Care Instructions]
Do not use steel wool or abrasives, as they will scratch the surface.
Wash with a soft sponge and dish detergent. If food is burnt on the pot, soak it thoroughly in water or hot water to soften it before washing.
Do not use a knife or other hard metal object to remove burnt residue, as this will cause scratches.
●After use, wash thoroughly, wipe off any moisture, and dry. Leaving moisture on the pot may cause rust.
[Usage Precautions]
●When using, place the pot in the center of the stove to prevent it from tilting or tipping over.
●Never use on a stove.
●Never leave the pot unattended while cooking.
●Do not keep the flame on for long enough to reach the handle.
●The stepped part of the pot indicates the maximum amount of oil to use. Always use the pot below this level. Do not add oil while cooking, as this is dangerous.
●The pot will be hot during cooking and immediately after, so be careful not to get burned. Take particular care to keep children out of its reach. (The pot handle will be especially hot, so do not touch it with bare hands until it has cooled.)
●When using a 200V cooker, be careful not to overheat it, such as by leaving it on the stove.
●After use, transfer the oil to an oil pot or similar container after it has cooled. High temperatures can cause burns.
