Delivery and Shipping service will be provided from our partners.

All orders will be processed in 72 hours and to be handed over to our delivery partners and they will contact you soon. This is to schedule your delivery as well as inform you about payment for delivery charge.

Décor & home fashion products can be shipped throughout Philippines (82 Regions). The delivery charges are as below. 
- Metro Manila PHP200.00
- Other 81 Regions PHP400.00

Our courier service lists some specific areas such as Luzon, Mindanao, Visayas, and Remote areas under "Out of Zone," these regions are not covered by our standard courier services.

Delivery with Assembly Method

Furniture delivery and assembly services are accessible in a number of places throughout #Metro Manila

The transportation fees will be charge accodingly by the Zones for the delivery and assembly of furniture and for products that are marked with
'Delivery type: DeliverywithAssembly'.

If you are a customer who's residing outside our Delivery Area by Zones and are looking to purchase NITORI's furniture, we understand your frustration and would like to apologise for the inconvenience that we have caused you. We are working on expanding our coverage area to other regions soon.

Cancellation of Furniture Delivery

Orders of ready stock furniture can be cancelled 8 days before the date of delivery. E-mail us at with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will then be processed accordingly.

Duration of Delivery for Ready Stock Items

Up to 14 working days.

If a delivery attempted by our courier partner is marked as failed or unsuccessful, kindly contact our customer service immediately and arrange for a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, get in touch with our customer service.
