[How to remove rust]
●If you find rust on the blade, immediately rub it off with a cleanser. If it does not come off, sharpen it with a whetstone.
●If the tip of the blade becomes rusty, sharpen it again.

● Do not heat the blade directly over a fire or bring it close to it.
● Do not place it near a fire. This may cause the handle to deform or discolor.
● When holding the back of the knife tightly with your hand, place a cloth over the back of the knife before cooking.
